It was inside a plastic bag from Australia Post that said "The enclosed was found to be either loose in the mail or damaged whilst being processed.....This may be due to a machine malfunction or because an article was not properly sealed or contained bulky material."
I'm guessing the item was too bulky for the paper envelope. Oh well, no lip gloss for me this time but thanks for posting tigers. |
