I get to checkout and it still has full cost even though my account has a free ornament credited to it. Ive tried with several different ornament shapes!!

You just have to click through the cart and delivery pages and when you get to cart billing information the cost of teh ornament is deducted. Now waiting for the item. Im always pleased with Snapfish.
