1.Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry by each entrant.
2.Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years of age and over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Kia Motors Australia Pty Limited Dealers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3.Promotion commences at 12.01am (ADST) on 02/01/2012 and ends at 11.59pm (ADST) on 06/02/2012.
4.To enter, participants must, during the promotion period, complete entry in either or all of the following ways:

a)Complete the online tennis game housed on the Kia Australia Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/KiaAustralia and related competition entry form.
b)Download the Kia Australian Open Ball Hunt App, capture a Kia Tennis ball and complete the online application form you are directed to. Balls can be captured during the Channel 7 broadcast of the Australian Open; and/or on site at Melbourne Park, Batman Ave Melbourne Victoria 3000; and/or at a Kia dealership and/or in print and/or Adshel advertising.
c)You may also enter in person at the Garden Square and Grand Slam Oval Kia Activations at the Australian Open, Batman Ave Melbourne Victoria 3000.
5.For entry mechanic b) above, entry is only open to Australian residents who have an iPhone® 3GS mobile handset and above using iOS 4.3 and above, any Android enabled mobile handset using Android OS 2.2 and above
6.The Promoter takes no responsibility should an entrant not have the software, hardware or mobile phone plan that would permit access to and use of the Application. To download the Application, the entrant, must during the Promotional Period, visit the Apple App Store, or Android marketplace, search for the Application, and download the Application to their mobile phone in accordance with the directions. The Application is free to download. Standard carrier fees will apply to the download and use of the Application but there is no additional charge for the Application itself. Any cost associated with accessing the internet or downloading data on a mobile phone is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used
7.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. Incorrect, incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be ineligible to enter. There is a limit of one entry in the draw per ball captured via the app or any of the other entry methods. There is a maximum of 10 entries per person per day permitted.
8.The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry, or if the entrant is engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
9.All entrants will be entered into the draw to win a major prize.
10.'iPhone' and 'iTunes' are trademarks of Apple Inc. registered in the U.S. and other countries. Apple Store is a service mark of Apple, Inc. Apple Inc. is not a participant in or sponsor of, or in any way involved with any promotional activity associated with this promotion.
11.The winner will be randomly drawn via computer generated system at 2.00pm (ADST) on 13/02/2012 at 15 Grosvenor Street, Neutral By NSW 2089. The winner will be notified in writing, and their name and suburb will be published in The Australian newspaper on 17/02/2012. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12.There will be 4 instant win prizes per day using The Epic Winn instant win prize draw system, based on a randomised time of day solution. 4 prizes daily are allocated randomly across the promotion period and assigned to random times of the day. The first user to enter after that time is the winner.
13.There will be 4 instant prizes of $20 value given away for each of the 34 days of the promotional period. During the promotion period there will be 68 iTunes vouchers in total, 34 Amazon vouchers and 34 Coles Myer gift cards. Total value of prizes awarded instantly per day is $80. Total value of all instant win prizes awarded during the promotion period is $2,720. (Individual prize supplier conditions apply).Prize draw will take place at Level 2, 2 Hill St, Surry Hills NSW2010, using the Epic Win system.
14.The first eligible entry drawn will win for the entrant a Kia Rio Si Hatch, colour chosen by the Promoter in its discretion. Cost includes on road costs. Comprehensive Insurance will be the responsibility of the Winner. Total maximum retail value of the prize is $20,990.
15.Total prize pool is $23,710
16.All components of the Prize, including the car and registration plates are subject to the colours and models available. In the event that the prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative vehicle of the same theme and value as the original, subject to any applicable laws or written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation. Delivery will be to the prize winner’s nearest Kia Dealer where a thorough handover of the vehicle will be given.
17.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. The prize value is correct at 14/11/2011. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
18.The prize is subject to availability. All elements of the prize will be arranged by the Promoter. If for any reason the winner is unable to accept the prize as stated, the winner will forfeit the prize and no compensation will be given in lieu.
19.It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that they have valid documentation, which meet the requirements of government authorities. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the winner. If the winner is, for whatever reason, unable to take an element of the prize then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize or element thereof.
20.The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of the prize winner being unable to satisfy these terms and conditions or forfeiting or not claiming the prize. If the prize that remains unclaimed or is forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise the Promoter will conduct a further draw at the same time and place as the original draw on 21/05/2012 subject to any applicable law. The winner (if applicable) will be notified in writing immediately and their name will be published in The Australian newspaper on 28/05/2012.
21.Employees and family member of employees of the promoter and its agencies are not eligible to entre
22.The Promoter reserves the right to request the winner to produce (within the requested time) appropriate photo identification or other documentation (to the Promoter’s satisfaction, at its sole discretion) in order to confirm the winner’s identity, age, residential address, email address, eligibility to enter and claim the prize and any information submitted by the winner in entering the promotion, before issuing the prize. If the documentation required by the Promoter is not received by the Promoter (or its nominated agent) or the winning entry has not been verified or validated to the Promoter’s satisfaction within the time requested, that winner’s entry will become invalid. The prize will only be awarded following any winner validation and verification that the Promoter requires in its sole discretion.
23.The Promoter and its related bodies corporate, their officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained as a result of taking or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). All warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer of the prize and not the Promoter.
24.The Promoter and its related bodies corporate shall not be liable for any problems or technical failures including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment or software. This includes the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion o the internet or at any website.
25.The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of, or in connection with, this promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter.
26.Entrant personal information ("PI") will be collected to enable the Promoter to administer and promote this competition and its winners. If an entrant consents by checking the box in the entry form, the entrants PI may be used to market the services of the Promoters.

The PI of the winner may be provided to other parties assisting the Promoter conduct this competition, including prize suppliers and deliverers, and to authorities that regulate this competition. Entrants may contact the Promoter at the address given below to request access to any of their collected PI that is still held. If an entrant does not truthfully provide all requested PI, the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to win a prize. By participating in the promotion, the entrant consents to receipt of any communication regarding the promotion, and other emails which inform the entrant of the status of

31.In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the promotion and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to state legislation.
32.Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting, publicising or marketing this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter. Well that's addictive!  I managed to score 30 but you only need 7 I think I've worked out (got that a few times too) no instant win for me though :(.  I'm hopeless at computer games too so take heart, it can be done.  I can feel my shoulder's about to drop off now so giving it a rest till tomorrow.

Silly question probably but, how do you move the racket? I'm on a laptop and I've tried the mouse and the arrow keys and neither work.

Your mouse should move it. Maybe click in the game first, then try moving it.

Is anyone else having problems with the site?  3 times I've had it go to a strange page when I click to enter the competition and today after I'd filled in the entry form to go in the draw, when I hit submit it just won't change.  I had to refresh the screen and it went back to play again.  That's happened twice in a row so although I've had 2 entries, no idea if either has been accepted.  Very annoying. Not sure I can bothered doing another 8 games to see if it refuses me an 11th.  And I'm on nightwork so amazing I can even manage to play, rather go to bed.

I've just got 7+ balls 21 times and entered my details (no instant prize) but it has confirmed all my 21 entries. However, I notice in the
T & C's only 10 entries are allowed per day???? I would have expected a message to tell me I have exceeded my max entries for today.
Has anyone else been able to enter more than 10 times? or are we expected to just stop at 10?

You must indeed be luckylibra, I always get a message saying I've used my 10 entries for the day.

I just got a message saying I have have entered 10 times today and can't enter again until tomorrow.....so you are indeed lucky!!
