Terms & conditions

The Prize is described as below.

 

1. The prize draw is open to all Australian residents aged 18 and over.

 

2. By providing your name and contact details, you will be eligible to go into the draw to win the prize of a Cygnet Bay, Australian South Sea Pearl. Valued at over $1000.

Simply enter your information into the required fields on our website www.cygnetbaypearls.com.au by 25th January 2012 to be drawn on the 26th January 2012

 

The following conditions apply:

 

1. Entries must be received via our website by January 25th 2012.

 

2. Entry to prize draw is restricted to one entry purchase per person.

the prize winner will be the person who’s name and information were entered.

 

3. Cygnet Bay the right to suspend, change or terminate the prize draw at any

time and for any reason, without notice. It is a condition of entry that the rules are accepted as

final, and that the entrants agree to abide by the rules. The prize is not transferable, not

exchangeable, and there is no cash alternative. There will be no refund, cash or otherwise in

the event of cancellation of the prize.

 

4. Cygnet Bay reserves the right to disqualify any person who submits an entry that provides false names and information. Or that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the competition process (including but not limited to using automated means to enter). Failure by

Cygnet Bay to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those

rights.

 

5. All complete submissions will be entered into the prize draw which will take place on the

dates stated, and entry to the prize draw implies acceptance of any terms and conditions

attendant on the prize. The prize is not available in conjunction with any other offer or

promotion.

 

6. The prize will be awarded to the first name drawn at random from all complete

submissions received. The winner will be notified by e-mail and phone call within 14 days. The

judges decision will be final. Cygnet Bay will not enter into correspondence on any matter

to do with the prize draws. The decision of Cygnet Bay shall be final and legally binding.

 

7. The entrants and winner consent to Cygnet Bay keeping the information submitted to be filed in our database. Cygnet Bay will not share or publish the information provided by the entrant. The entrant will consent to Cygnet Bay using the information to correspond with the entrant via email for the promotion of Cygnet Bay

 

8. By entering this promotion, entrants are agreeing to abide by these rules and any

conditions.

 

9. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Cygnet Bay (including its

officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence),

for any loss or damage whether direct, indirect, special or

consequential, arising in any way out of the prize and promotion, including, but not limited to,

where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction

(whether or not under Cygnet Bay’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party

interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected

(whether or not after their receipt by Cygnet Bay) due to any reason beyond the reasonable

control of Cygnet Bay; (d) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (e) use of any

prize.
