The Gallery of Modern Art (GoMA) is open UP LATE every Friday night from 20 January – 2 March 2012 during the ‘Matisse: Drawing Life’ exhibition.

The Gallery’s popular Up Late program takes a sophisticated, soulful approached for ‘Matisse’ with lush arrangements by DJ Jazz in the early evening, followed by live music performances with an acoustic edge.

Up Late offers a unique opportunity to enjoy the ‘Matisse’ exhibition after hours. Join friends for a drink or bite to eat in the stylish bar and lounge, enjoy talks by contemporary artists or be inspired by The Drawing Room, a large-scale, interactive drawing studio set within the exhibition.

ITEM 5: PROMOTION REGISTRATION DATES AND TIMES
Registrations will open at 3.00pm (AEST) on Friday 10th February 2012 and will close at 3.00pm (AEST) on Thursday 16th February 2012 (“Registration Period”).
The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Registration Period at its own discretion in accordance with state legislation.

Entry is available to permanent residents of:
- Queensland
Entrants must be aged 18 years and over.
A person is ineligible to participate in the Competition and redeem any prizes if they have won a prize valued at $10,000 or more in any competition run by the Promoter 6 months prior to their Entry in this Competition.

The prize draw will take place at 3.05pm (AEST) on Thursday 16th February 2012 at B105 of William Jolly Place, 309 North Quay, Brisbane Queensland 4000. The draw will be a manual random draw.

There will be a maximum of five (5) prizes:
Each prize will consist of one (1) each of the following:
Two (2) x tickets to Matisse Drawing Life Up Late at the Gallery of Modern Art, Brisbane on Friday 17th February 2012. Each ticket is valued at a maximum of twenty dollars ($20).
