I had a Cornetto Enigma Teddy Bear delivered today. Made me burst out laughing.

Yahoo!  Just won 100 tickets in the Endeavour Art Union on the radio!  My first major prize for the year, and only my 2nd really, so maybe things are looking up.  Fingers crossed to actually win the house.  Now that would be a fantastic prize.

WPC, not sure what the the prize or comp was, I was busy with 2 year old toddler Grandaughter when the lady rang, something about Atomic Thermo and gaming mask, I've googled and searched here but can't find anything remotely similar so I think it will be a surprise prize when it shows up :P

Ive been hanging to get on here and tell you guys what ive won. My 7 month old has finally got to sleep so now i can tell you!!
I recieved a phone call at 5.30. The man asked if i was Lisa (he had an accent that sounded a bit indian at first and i was thinking of hanging up on him!)
He said he was from San Remo and i am 1 of 3 major winners of their recent comp. This comp: (cant actually find a link for it on ACC, i found this last minute on an in store flyer)

Hi Deejay, I know how you feel! That has happened to me twice with Aust. Post.Last month I received a 'Final Notice' telling me that I had registered mail to pick up from the local post office. I had not received any previous notice from them!!
When I pick it up (a JB HiFi gift card, that I didn't know I'd won) the woman at the post office said that the mail had been there for six weeks! When I told her I had not received any previous notifications she did not look surprised and just said "The postmen get very busy at times".
Poor service to say the least!

Back in November I saw my name on a runners-up list for the WHO magazine Bridesmaids competition. I think it was dvds. I hadn't received any notification from them and had forgotten about it. Today I received a book in the mail with a note thanking me for waiting patiently for my prize! (no word as to when the prize would actually arrive!)
What a nice idea..I have never heard of a promoter doing that before!   
Pity it's a book I've already read and didn't much like!

Won $50 at the casino last night - I don't like the casino/gambling, but went there for a meal, hubby bought $50 of chips, said I had to pick the roulette numbers, 3 spins, $50 in front, and we left. Nice!

We are finding out if we can stay longer... of course if it's the week I have labs and the following week I have off Uni. If I can stay with a friend I might got a while haha. Only 1 night accomodation. I really wish my friend in QLD could come with, His a massive fan. I think you were selling the DVDs but he had most of them already.

It was my 25 wol idea....not my entry though. Does that still count if the sibling won it?... I never get them to enter anything. Did I finally crack the flights after 7 years? or because it wasn't my win per se I still have to crack it? (Traveller never wins flights)

I just got a phone call from 2Day FM and had to record a radio commercial for my cleaning tip.  I was so rattled though that I forgot to ask if I had actually won anything!

It is my sister's birthday, but I got the goodies :)
