Hi guys, just posted a reply to the weekly thread and then thought "hang on, this might actually qualify as having its own thread!" Soooo excited about this win!!!!! It was for the SEEK "wish it exists" competition - thanks to original poster (JRN) for the reminder. My entry "Tooth Fairy Ombudsman" made it to the finals, and after the most surreal week full of intrigue and scandal, it turned out that nice guys sometimes finish first! $20,000 cash prize - announced on Nova on Friday night. By the way, I used to have a terrible time trying to explain to my girls, not only why the tooth fairy favoured other kids teeth, giving them "heaps more than we get" but the Easter Bunny only ever gave them one egg but the girl next door got a whopping big basket that lasted months!!
