Summers almost over and you're running out of chances to show off that awesome beach body you've spend so long working on.

So to give you a chance to show it off to the rest of Perth and make some money, our good friends at Aussie Air have $1,000 up for grabs to the person voted Perth's Hot Beach Bod.

Simply upload your photo then pester you friends to vote for you. For voting they could score $500 cash.

ITEM 5: PROMOTION REGISTRATION DATES AND TIMES
Registrations will open at 12:00am Tuesday 28th February and will close at 6:00am on Monday 12th March 2012. (“Registration Period”).
The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Registration Period at its own discretion in accordance with state legislation.
ITEM 6: PROMOTION CONTESTING DATES AND TIMES
Voting will take place daily from 9.00am on Monday 12th March 2012 and will close at 2:00pm on Friday 16th March 2012 (“Promotional Period”).
An individual day during the Promotional Period is known as a “Contesting Day”.
The Promotional material reserves the right to amend the Promotional Period at its complete discretion in accordance with state legislation.
ITEM 7: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS
Entry is available to permanent residents of:
- Western Australia
Entrants must be aged 18 years and over.
A person is ineligible to participate in the Competition and redeem any prizes if they have won a prize valued at $10,000 or more in any competition run by the Promoter 6 months prior to their Entry in this Competition.
ITEM 8: METHOD OF ENTRY
During the Registration Period, listeners must go to the listed website and complete the registration form and upload one (1) photo of their own beach body to register.
During the Promotional Period listeners are encouraged to go to the website and vote for their favourite photo from the registered entries online.
ITEM 9: JUDGING DETAILS
At the conclusion of voting on Friday 16th March 2012, a panel of judges from the Promoter will judge a major winner based on creativity and individuality, taking into consideration the amount of votes the entries have received. All decisions will be at the complete discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
One (1) registered entry will be deemed the best by 92.9 on Friday 16th March 2012 and awarded the major prize.
One (1) of the voting entrants will be chosen at random on Friday 16th March
2012 and awarded the „voting prize‟.
The Promoter‟s decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
ITEM 10: DRAW DETAILS
The prize draw will take place at 2.30pm on Friday 16th March 2012 at 92.9 of 450 Roberts Rd, Subiaco 6008. The draw will be a manual/electronic random draw.
ITEM 11: PRIZE DETAILS
There will be a maximum of two (2) prizes.
Each prize will consist of one (1) each of the following:
Major prize will consist of one (1) each of the following:
- One (1) x $1000 cash cheque
Minor (voting) prize will consist of one (1) each of the following:
- One (1) x $500 cash cheque
Total maximum prize value: $1500 cash prize fund.

All entrants must have the permission of all other subjects within the photo before uploading the photo. If any minors appear in the photo, the entrant must have parental or guardian consent.
Photographs deemed unsuitable for the purposes of Promotion will be automatically disqualified.
The Promoter owns all copyright in all material submitted and created throughout the Promotional Period. The Promoter may use this for the purposes of marketing and publicity and the Entrants will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
All decisions are at the complete discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
All photo entries will be reviewed by the Promoter before being posted online. Any photos which are deemed unsuitable for the purposes of the Promotion will be disqualified.
Cheque transfers may take a maximum of twenty eight (28) days to process.
