HOW TO ENTER

JAGERMEISTER HUNTING SINCE 1935 COMPETITION

Individuals can enter the promotion through the “WIN” tab on the Facebook Platform. Entrants can locate the “WIN” tab on the Jagermeister Australia page on Facebook (www.facebook.com/jagermeisteraustralia).

Individuals must “Like” the Jagermeister Page before entering. Existing fans of the page are automatically eligible. Entrants must use the “WIN” application to correctly answer the specified question, enter their full name, email address, date of birth, postcode and submit the fully completed entry form by 11:59pm AEDST daily throughout the competition promotion.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Promotion commences on 26/03/2012 and ends at 11:59pm AEDST on 26/04/2012 (“Promotional Period”)

3. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating on-premise venues and off-premise venues and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

4. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

5. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.

6. A maximum of one (1) entry per person is permitted

7. The judging will take place at Suntory (Aust) Pty Ltd daily throughout the competition period at 12.00PM AEST. The judges reserve the right to select additional reserve entries which they determine to be the next best, and record them in order, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant. The winner will be notified by e-mail. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on the accuracy of entry. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. The best entries, as determined by the judges, will win one (1) of twenty three (23) random prizes chosen daily. Prizes consist of:

3 x Jagermeister branded hoodies
4 x Jagermeister portable eskys (prize does not include actual bottles of Jagermeister)
3 x Jagermeister messenger bags
3 x Jagermeister Portable speakers

Gift Pack A: Jagermeister gift bag, hunting hat, torch key ring and disposable camera
OR
Gift Pack B: Jagermeister gift bag, beanie, lanyard and tshirt

9. There are no runners up prizes

10. Subject to the terms and conditions of the participating prize provider(s), if for any reason a winner does not, once the prize has been booked, take the prize or an element of the prize at the time stipulated, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.

11. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.

12. Entry and continued participation in this promotion is subject to the licensee’s liquor serving policy. The Promoter advocates the responsible service and consumption of alcohol.

13. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.

14. Total prize pool value is up to $1000. Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

15. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

16. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.

17. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) and Facebook exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s or Facebook’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) if any of the events are cancelled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (f) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (g) use of the prize.

18. As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner (and any companion/s) must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.

19. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, and prize suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.

20. The laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia apply to this promotion to the exclusion of any other law. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

21. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion should be directed to the Promoter and not to Facebook.
