HOW TO ENTER To be eligible to enter the Promotion, entrants must: (a) Download a ‘Rockwords’ crossword grid from 96fm.com.au or collect one from 96FM reception at Level 1, 169 Hay St East Perth during office hours 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. (b) 96FM will announce clues on air each day from 9am-5pm from Monday 2nd April – Friday 20th April 2012. © Contestants must listen to 96FM for clues to complete their grid. (d) Only completed and correct grids are eligible to enter to win the major prize (e) Entires can be mailed or hand delivered to the 96FM reception at Level 1, 169 Hay St East Perth. (f) To be eligible for the major draw completed grids must be received by 5pm Friday April 20th 2012 at 96FM, Level 1, 169 Hay Street, East Perth, WA 6004 (g) Only one entry per envelope is permitted and the entry must be manually completed, not photocopies permitted. Entry requirements are a fully correct grid with name, address, telephone number. 5. No contestant may have won a competition on 96fm for 60 (sixty) days prior to entry. 6. The grid must arrive in the mail by Friday 20th April to 96FM, Level 1, 169 Hay Street, East Perth WA 6004 or hand delivered into the same address (96FM reception) before 5pm Friday 20th April, 2012 7. The major prize draw will take place during 96FM breakfast at Level 1, 169 Hay St East Perth, Western Australia 6004 between 7.40am and 8am on Monday 23rd April 2012 8. The major draw will be manual random draw and the first complete and fully correct entry will win the major prize of AUD$30,000(thirty thousand dollars) 9. General Competition Entry Rules For Radio 96FM These standard contest rules apply to all the Promoter's contests. They may be amended or varied from time to time by the station. Special rules may apply to particular contests, in which case an addendum to these rules will be made for that Contest. THE PROMOTER: This competition is promoted by Radio 96FM Pty Ltd (“Promoter”), a member of the Fairfax Media Group of companies. 2. WHO MAY ENTER: The competition is not open to: (i) employees of, or contractors to, the Promoter or any of its agencies involved with this competition; or (ii) the spouse, de facto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), of such employees and contractors (whether or not they live in the same household). iii) potential entrants who have won a prize/prizes valued either individually or collectively at more than $10 from the Promoter or in any contest run by the Promoter in the prior 60 days. iv) potential entrants who have used or attempted to use any more than one name in order to qualify to win any contest run by the Promoter except in the case of a legal change of name. v) potential entrants who have won a prize valued at $2,000 or more from the Promoter or in any contest run by the Promoter in the prior 12 months. PUBLICITY: Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Promoter to use winner’s name, suburb of residence, recording of winner’s voice and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law. 7. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY: The Promoter takes no responsibility for the loss of prizes due to incorrect or imprecise contact details provided by an entrant. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained to personal property and including, but not limited to consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to the prize winner(s) and, where applicable, to any persons accompanying the winners. DISQUALIFICATION: The Promoter is not responsible for lost, interrupted communications or unavailable network server or other connections, failed telephone, mid-delivery or computer transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, defect, delay, theft or unauthorised access to or alternation of entries. Subject to any written directions given under the applicable law, if for any reason, the competition is not capable of operating as planned, including infection by computer viruses, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the competition, then the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this competition.
