1. This promotion is open to all people who meet the entry criteria published in these terms and conditions.
2. Entry and continued participation in the promotion is dependent on entrants following and acting in accordance with the Facebook Statement of Rights and Responsibilities, which can be viewed at http://www.facebook.com/terms.php.
3. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Entrants understand and acknowledge that they are providing information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. The information provided will only be used for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Any questions, comments or complaints about this promotion must be directed to the Promoter and not to Facebook.
4. This promotion runs from 22nd October 2012 to 25th of November 2012.
5. No entries will be accepted after midnight on 25th of November 2012
6. A maximum of one entry per person is permitted.
7. Entries will only be deemed eligible if they meet the requirements listed in these terms and conditions.
8. An eligible entry includes the following steps
A) Access the entry form via Facebook or link to the competition webpage
B) In 25 words or less, tell us why you would love to meet Adriano Zumbo
C) Correctly complete all your personal details
9. Any entries that do not meet the above criteria are not eligible for the prize.
10. The winner will be judged on the best answer to the question, as decided by the management team of berardo’s restaurant & bar.
11. The judges decision is final and no discussion will be entered into.
12. The winner will be notified by email by the 26th of November
13. If the winner does not respond to correspondence by the 28th of November, they will forfeit their prize and another winner will be selected.
14. The prize cannot be exchanged for any reason and is not redeemable for cash.
15. The winner’s prize includes tickets for the winner and a friend to attend Adriano Zumbo’s latest book launch at berardo’s restaurant & bar. The winner must select from either dinner on Monday 3rd December 2012 OR lunch on Tuesday 4th of December 2012
16. Should the winner be under the age of 18 years, the prize will be adjusted to remove alcohol from the prize package, and must be accompanied by a guardian over the age of 18 years.
17. berardo’s restaurant & bar hold no responsibility for the winner not receiving notification of their prize or should the winner not be able to attend the dates specified
18. Employees and their immediate family of berardo’s or Social Tap Pty Ltd are not eligible to enter.
