ENTRY CONDITIONS:

Competition starts 9am AEDT Monday November 12, 2012 and runs until 23:59 AEDT Sunday 23rd December, 2012.

1.   Minimum spend $100 AUD on full price stock only.
2.   Does not include the purchase of sale stock or gift vouchers.
3.   Postage not included in final sale value.
4.   Does not include purchases made via Ebay, Westfield or in store.
5.   Purchases made outside the competition times and dates will not qualify.
6.   Customers cannot combine purchases to qualify.
7.   Competition applies to Australia residents only.
8.   Prizes are not-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for other goods or services and cannot be taken as cash.

The winner will be drawn and announced Monday 24th December at 4pm AEDT.


Major Prize: 1 x Bali Holiday valued at up to AU$3,500 depending on date and point of departure.
Bali Holiday prize is a trip for Two (2) people (adults) to Bali including: return economy airfares from winners’ nearest Australian capital city to DENPASAR, Prepaid airline and airport taxes; five nights (5) nights 4 star accommodation in Kuta, return Airport to Hotel coach transfers in Bali. Departure and arrival destination, flight times and accommodation venue is at Corporate travellers discretion upon time of booking. Bali Holiday prize is subject to availability and may not be able to be taken during School holidays 24/12/2012 to 29/01/2012; 28/03/2013 to 22/04/2013; 22/06/2013 to 09/07/2013; 20/09/2013 to 08/10/2013 and must be taken by 30/11/2013.  

Runner up prizes: 4x HTC Wildfire S prepaid phones. 1x phone per winner. Not-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for other goods or services and cannot be taken as cash. Phone is sent sealed, unused and in original condition from supplier. No responsibility will be held by Supré for faulty phones or issues with service provider.

Mercure Kuta Bali is ideally located in the centre of Kuta, the most famous beach area in Bali and is surrounded by fantastic dining, entertainment and shopping opportunities. The hotel features 130 spacious rooms designed in a contemporary Balinese style, as well as 2 bars, a fabulous restaurant, a swimming pool at roof top with direct view to the ocean and massage facilities.

If the winner of the Bali Holiday prize is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian on their behalf, at the discretion of the Promoter. During the entire duration of the Bali Holiday prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age. Flights may only be taken from the winner’s nearest Australian city major airport. The winner will be required to provide at least forty-five (45) days notice of intent to travel.

Travel Insurance is not included; this will be the responsibility of the winner. Spending money, meals, additional taxes (excluding airport and airline taxes), insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. All other ancillary and travel costs are the winner’s responsibility. All additional costs incurred whereby the winner wishes to make variations to the travel are the winner’s responsibility. All travel variations are subject to approval by Corporate Traveller upon booking. The Bali Holiday Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. In the event that the winner does not take the Bali Holiday prize by the time stipulated, then the Bali Holiday prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Bali Holiday prize. Any unused portion of the Bali Holiday prize is not-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for other goods or services and cannot be taken as cash.

As a condition of accepting the Bali Holiday prize, the winner (and their travel companions) must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.

The winner (and their travel companions) is responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation. No compensation will be payable if the winner (or their travel companions) is unable to take the Bali Holiday prize as stated for whatever reason, including denial of entry into any state, or cancellation or postponement of an event, or any part of an event. Bali Holiday prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The winner may be required to present credit card at time of accommodation check in.
