Island Curries produces a range of delicious aromatic pastes and to give you a taste of some hot Tassie dishes, we have three mixed packs to give away, each containing the seven different varieties available.

Yes we know it's summer but there are still nights when an aromatic, mild curry is just right.

With production focussed on quality not quantity, the result is a paste that contains 100% flavour – this means your 100g packet of Island Curry Paste is a substantial addition to 1kg of any meat, fish or vegetables.

The pastes don’t contain:

    bulking or filling agents
    preservatives, additives or colourings
    MSG
    gluten

Many aromatic spices such as coriander seeds, cumin seeds, cardamom seeds and pepper corns are ground freshly on production day, thus keeping flavours as fresh as possible on sealing.

With directions that are simple and totally user friendly, even the most novice of cooks can serve up a delicious, authentic Indian restaurant style curry.
 
By combining 1kg of your preferred meat with two onions, yoghurt and ˝ kg of your favourite vegetable eg: beans, potato, parsnips, sweet potato etc, you’re on the way to creating a gourmet curry. Add some rice and you can feed 6 adults for under $20.00. That's gourmet cooking on a budget!
 
Island Curries offers seven distinct flavours –- beef, lamb, chicken, vegetable, fish, tomato and Vindaloo – which can be mixed with any meats, fish or vegetable dishes and you can adapt for heat to suit family and friends as you add the chilli along the way.

They have a shelf life of 14 months un-refrigerated so you can always wait for cooler weather to try them but we really don’t think you’ll need that long to get through these!
