1. Information on "how to enter" and prize details form part of conditions of entry, including the competition open dates, judging date and prize value.

2. Vogue.com.au promotions, only allow for 1 entry per user.

3. Entry is open to all residents of Australia and New Zealand. Employees and immediate families of the Promoter, associated companies and agencies, are ineligible to enter the competition. The Promoter is NewsLifeMedia, 180 Bourke Rd, Alexandria NSW 2015.

4. Major prize includes 1 x Shakuhachi wardrobe valued at $1500.00.

5. The judges decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters. Chance plays no part in determining the winner(s). No correspondence will be entered into.

6. All prizes or notification of prizes will be made within 30 days of the draw date. If the prize consists of alcoholic products, then all entrants must be over the age of 18: If the prize consists of a holiday or travel prize, then passports, visas, meals, spending money, transport to and from departure and arrival points and all other ancillary costs are the winner's responsibility unless otherwise stated. Holidays are subject to flight and booking availabilities. Winners under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult travelling: If the prize consists of a car, then the prizewinner must hold a current Australian driver's license; otherwise the car will be registered in the name of a parent/guardian. The promoter and sponsor take no responsibility for petrol, comprehensive insurance, health, transport, body, paint or mechanical damage from date of delivery. The winner will be responsible for any expenses incurred in getting to and from an Australian capital city and for collecting the vehicle within 30 days of the draw. The prize value includes on-road costs.

7. Winner will be notified via telephone and their name published on-line at http://www.vogue.com.au under the competition section of the site.

8. If the prize is not claimed within 1 month, there will be a second judging of the prizewinner(s) at NewsLifeMedia.

9. All entries become the property of the Promoter and may be used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes, unless otherwise stated by the entrant. The promoter reserves the right to publish photographs of the winner(s).

10. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered, including but not limited to direct or consequential loss, or personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of prize winning trips or in connection with any other prizes. Any change in the value of the prize occurring between the publishing date and date the prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter.

 

note : These clothes are really nice BUT you have to be  pretty small as they only go to size 14.
