VIP experience to the Melbourne Cup on the 4th November till 8th November 2013.

Melbourne Cup VIP Experience Competition
1. Promoter name and address: Sirromet Wines Pty Ltd, 850 – 938 Mount Cotton Road, Mount Cotton, QLD 4165. ABN: 95 083 446 824
2. The only persons who may enter and be awarded prizes if they win are those who (i) are residents of Australia (ii) are over the age of 18 (iii) are not (a) employees of, or contractors to, the Promoter or any of its agencies involved with this competition, or (b) members of the immediate family of any such employees or contractors. "Immediate family" means spouse, defacto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the employee/contractor.
3. One entry per Sirromet wine purchased in one transaction at participating outlets 4. The competition is open to Queensland residents only
5. You must be over the age of 18 to enter and proof of age may be requested if you are drawn as the winnerIn the event the person drawn as the winner is under 18 years of age they will be disqualified and a new winner will be drawn.
6. Competition commences 10h May 2013 and ends 30th June 2013. 7. Package includes:
• Return flights – Brisbane to Melbourne;
• Return stretch limousine transfers – airport to hotel;
• 4 nights’ accommodation for 4 adults in a 2 bedroom apartment – Hotel TBA
• VIP Home Straight Enclosure tickets for 4 adults to the Melbourne Cup - including buffet lunch, race book, afternoon tea, beverage package with live music and access to the garden area, for each guest; and
• Tickets for 4 adults to Crown Oaks Day
• 7 day Myki pass, zone 1 multiple destinations – Rail only
• Travel dates: 04/11/13 – 08/11/13
8. The prize (or any part thereof) cannot be sold, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken for cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the $5,000 value of the prize.
9. If the winner is unable to fulfil prize during the specified period, the winner will forfeit the prize package with no further compensation or further liability of the Promoter. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
