AIX Rosé Prize Draw – Terms and conditions

 

How to Enter

Entrants can enter the competition by completing a form at the Good Food and Wine Show in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth and Brisbane or at www.weimport.com.au/competition to win $600 worth of AIX Rosé wine (1x3L bottle, 3*1.5L bottles and 6x750ml bottles).

The following terms and conditions apply:

    Entrants must be Australian residents over 18.
    By giving WEimport PTY LTD your details, you are agreeing that you are willing to enter into future correspondence with WEimport PTY LTD and carefully selected 3rd parties.
    Only one entry per person is allowed.
    Winner of the AIX rosé prize draw will receive 1x3L bottle, 3×1.5L bottles and 6x750ml bottles of AIX Rosé valued at $600.
    The prize may change at any time.
    All prizes subject to availability.
    Prizes will be shipped to a designated address in Australia at the request of the winner.
    Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the draw. Incomplete entries and entries from third party agents or bulk entries will not be eligible for the prize draw. The Promoter will not be responsible for any entries that are not received by it for any reason, by the closing date, whether lost, delayed, corrupted or otherwise, and whether or not due to any technical difficulties or malfunctions.
    Entry to the prize draw is free. No purchase necessary.
    All entries to be received by 31st July 2013.
    Prize is non-transferable. No cash alternative will be offered.
    Winners of the prize draw will be selected at random by a third party.
    Winner agrees to take part in future promotional activity. Judge’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
    The names of the winners will be made available for up to 28 days after the closing date to anyone sending their e-mail address to Alistair Pullan, info@weimport.com.au in a message with the subject heading ‘AIX rosé prize draw 2013’.
