TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR LIPTON PYRAMID FREE TRIAL PACK OFFER

    Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

    Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

    Lipton Pyramid Teas Free Trial Pack offer commences on at 9.00am on 4th August , 2013 and continues until stocks last.  (“Promotional Period”).

    To enter the participant will enter the site  www.liptonpyramids.com.au  to fill in the entry form . All entrants must submit the fully completed entry form during the Promotional Period.

    The participant’s last name, first name and address will be stored in the Promoter’s database for this Promotion and used for the purposes of delivering the Trial Pack.

    The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, of the Lipton Pyramid Trial Pack Offer or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

    Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.

    Each person may only request one Lipton Pyramid Tea Trial pack once. Limit 1 entry per person during the Promotion Period.

    Upon valid submission, one (1) Free Lipton Pyramid Trial Pack of 8 sachet will be mailed to the entrant while stocks last.

    Total number of samples to be given away is 35,000.

    Allow up to two (4) weeks for the sample to be delivered to the address provided.

    If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

    Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.     The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors & service providers. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.

    The laws of Australia apply to this promotion to the exclusion of any other law. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

    The Promoter reserves the right to request successful claimants to provide proof of age, identity and residency at the nominated reward delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.

LIPTON PYRAMID TEA SAMPLING OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. This sample product offer is open to residents of Australia only, aged 13 or older. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this sampling offer are ineligible to claim the sample products on offer. Participation in the sampling offer is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. This sample product offer commences on the 28/08/2013 for the first 10,000 respondents (Offer Period). Once stocks of the sample products on offer are exhausted, no more sample products will be distributed to claimants.
3. This sample product offer will end on 03/09/2013 if stocks of the sample products on offer have not yet been exhausted.
4. Each sample product will contain 8 assorted tea bags.
5. Each of the first 10,000 claimants who submits a valid request through the Woolworths Facebook Page during the
Offer Period will be sent a sample of the requested Sample Product. The sample will be sent to the claimant at the
residential address set out in the claim form submitted through the Website.
6. Each claimant must allow up to 8 weeks for receipt of the Sample Product.
7. The Sample Product is not for sale.
8. A limit of one Sample Product request per household applies.
9. The Promoter's decision is final & no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter takes no responsibility for
late, lost, indecipherable or misdirected claims.
10. Any cost associated with accessing the Website is the claimant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet

and not at the time of transmission by the claimant.

(including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the sample offer, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter. If the sample offer is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the sample offer, as appropriate.
13. By entering the sample product offer, claimants give the Promoter permission to publish their first name, state and Facebook profile picture on the Woolworths Facebook Page.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to request claimants to provide proof of identity and residency at the delivery address nominated on the claim form.
