The Shiraz offers aromas of sweet berry fruits while the palate is full of plums, blackberry and sweet spice. The Quartage is a sassy blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Petit Verdot. There are four family-owned vineyards, in different areas of the Barossa, producing all the fruit for Thorn Clarke wines.
