The promoter of this competition is Snake & Herring  (the ‘Promoter’)
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over. By entering the competition you certify you are over 18 years of age. Employees, and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies are ineligible to enter.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including entrants identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrants for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
The competition commences at 9am (AWST) on 1st September 2013 and closes at 5pm (AWST) on 30th September 2013. Any entry received after the close of the competition will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
To enter the competition you must submit your requested details at Snake & Herring's official Facebook page.
The promoter reserves the right to remove and exclude any entry from the competition at any time. Any use of robotic, mechanical, automatic, programmed or like methods of participation will void each entry made in this way.
 
COMPETITION SPECIFICS

DRAW DATES

The winner will be drawn on 1st October 2013 by Snake & Herring or one of their agents and the winner will be notified within 7 days of the draw.
The winner will be notified by email or telephone.
Decisions of the promoter and agencies is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

PRIZE

The prize winner will receive 3 Cases of Snake & Herring wine.
Prize value $1200+
No component of the prize can be transferred or redeemed for cash.
You agree that the promoter may use your entry and personal details provided to the promoter for any promotional, marketing and publicity purposes of the Promoter.
