Terms & Conditions of Entry

    Competition commences 11 March and concludes 8 May 2014.
    The prize draw will take place at Castletown Centre Management at 9.00am, Friday 9 May 2014.
    The prize draw winner will be randomly drawn and notified via Facebook.
    The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    Entry to the competition is available by LIKING the Castletown Townsville Facebook page and commenting your mum’s first and last name on the competition post.
    Entries will be on display at Castletown Townsville’s Facebook page.
    Entry to this competition is free.
    Prize cannot be transferred, are neither exchangeable nor redeemable for cash.
    Castletown management, retailers, staff or sponsors and their immediate families are not permitted to enter and therefore will not be eligible for prizes.  Immediate families mean parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents.
    Entry is open to all residents of Australia.
    The prize draw winner will receive the exclusive use of the Castletown Townsville designated VIP car space for a six month period.
    The winner can extend the use of the VIP car space to friends and family at their discretion.
    The winner will be responsible for collecting their prize from Castletown Centre Management.
    The winner must present photographic identification at the time of prize collection.
    If a prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian.
    If the winner chooses to accept the prize, Castletown Townsville reserves the right to use the customer’s name and photograph for marketing and publicity purposes.
    If delivery of the prize is required, this will be at the winners’ expense.
    Further terms and conditions may apply to the winning party of the prize.
    Castletown Townsville reserves the absolute right to remove any comment / suggestion they feel to be offensive, irrelevant, spam or using a fake name or page.
    Castletown Townsville reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with the conditions of entry.
