On February 24, 2010, police were called to a marine park in Florida after a killer whale had taken the life of one of its trainers. The whale, Tilikum, had killed before, and yet had been allowed to continue performing with humans. So what exactly went wrong?

1. Competition opens on 19 March 2014. 2. Entries must be received by 19 April 2014. Entries received after this time will not be eligible for consideration by the Judges. 3. The winners will be selected by 25 April. 4. This competition is open to Australian and New Zealand residents over the age of 18 only. Employees and immediate families of Madman Entertainment Pty Ltd or Funtastic Limited are not eligible to enter. 5. The winners will have the most original and inventive answers to the question, as determined by the Judges in their absolute discretion. 6. This is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winners. 7. The Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 8. Ten (10) winners will receive: Blackfish, The Cove, Gasland, Chasing Ice, The White Planet, The Burning Season and A Crude Awakening on DVD, and a Blackfish t-shirt. Total maximum prize pool value is $1516.50. The winners will be notified by email upon draw and publicly listed on Madman.com.au by 30 April 2014. 10. Prizes must be taken as offered and are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash. In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize is forfeited. 13. The Promoter is not liable for any entries that are lost, stolen, misdirected, delayed, illegible or damaged. 11. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any person who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.12.
