The My Birthday Wish Pty Ltd  ‘Sun Island Hotel Bali Giveaway’ is conducted by My Birthday Wish Pty Ltd.

1.  Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions.  By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions.  Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.

2. Entry is open to residents of Victoria, Australia who are 18 years and over.  Employees and the immediate families of the promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

3. My Birthday Wish Pty Ltd’s Sun Island Hotel Bali Holiday Giveaway will be open from Monday 14th April 2014 at 12.00pm, until Monday 5th May 2014 at 12.00pm AEST.

4.  To enter:
a. Simply register as a VIP member of My Birthday Wish Pty Ltd online via the webform available at www.mybirthdaywish.com.au or via the Facebook page at www.facebook.com/MyBirthdayWishMelb.
b. All existing My Birthday Wish Pty Ltd VIP members will automatically go into the draw for the chance to win.
c. The name of the winner will be announced at 1.00pm on Monday 5th May 2014 via the My Birthday Wish Pty Ltd Facebook page: www.facebook.com/MyBirthdayWishMelb.
The winner will receive a phone call from a My Birthday Wish Pty Ltd representative on Monday 5h May by 5.00pm AEST. The winner will be drawn at random from My Birthday Wish Pty Ltd head office.

5. The prize consists of return economy airfares for two adults from Melbourne, Victoria Australia to Denpasar, Bali Indonesia, including airport transfers (arrival and departure), accommodation and breakfast daily. Accommodation includes 5 nights at the Sun Island Hotel, Deluxe Room, Kuta.

Travel must be booked before close of business on May 31st 2014.
Prize must be claimed within a twelve month period, therefore travel dates must be before May 31st 2015.
Flights and accommodation are subject to availability.
Not valid during school holidays.
The complete prize package is valued at AUD$2,014.00.
The prize will be presented to the winner in the form of a Travel, Leisure and Corporate Pty Ltd voucher.
6.  The winner will be drawn at random from all My Birthday Wish Pty Ltd VIP members by a My Birthday Wish Pty Ltd representative.

7.  The promoter’s decision is final and binding – no correspondence will be entered into. The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications.  Entries will be deemed void if incomplete, illegitimate, forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.

8.  The promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion.  Verification is at the discretion of the promoter, whose decision is final.  The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion.

9.  The promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered (even if caused by negligence) as a result of accepting and/or using this prize, except for any liability, which cannot be excluded by law.

10.  Entrants consent to the promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the promoter.
