Competition Terms & Conditions Win a $150 Event Cinemas Gift Card 1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid. 2. Entry is open to residents of Australia. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. 3. You may enter as many times as you wish but you will be only eligible to win once. 5. The promotion commences at 9.00am ACST on 05/05/2014 and closes at 12.00pm ACST on 01/06/2014 (“Promotional Period”). All entries received after 12.00pm ACST on 01/06/2014 will not be included in the draw. 6. The first creative entry chosen will be deemed the winner and receive the prize. The winner will be determined at 11.00am ACST on 18/06/14 at 209 Fullarton Road, Eastwood SA 5063. 7. Prize consists of $150 Event Cinema Gold Class voucher. Total RRP of the prize is $150. All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. All other ancillary costs including but not limited to travel insurance, taxes (excluding GST), meals, drinks, transfers, spending money and other transport and any and all other expenses are the responsibility of the Prize winner. 8. The Prize will be posted out to the winner. 9. The winner will be notified by phone within 2 days of the draw and in writing within 14 days of the draw. 10. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. 11. If any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from the lottery authorities. 12.
