1. Get a Photo of you out and about in your Sherriff gear

We want to see where you have been in your Sherriff gear, whether it’s at Suncorp stadium watching the footie or at Mt Everest basecamp. Get creative and bonus prizes if you manage to get in newspapers or on TV.
2. Upload your photo to your local Sherriff Facebook Page

Once you have your photo go to your local sherriff facebook page on your mobile or computer and share your photo with us.
3. Most creative photos will win

Each branch will select photos posted on their wall to win a $100 Coles/Myer gift card. Selected winners will have their photo posted to the Sherriff website. Check the website regularly to see if you’ve won and contact your local branch to claim your prize.
4. Best of the month prizes to be won

Each month we will choose a ‘Best of the Month’ photo that we believe to be the most outrageous / creative shot and they will receive a $250 Coles/Myer gift voucher.
5. Best image wins 2 tickets to the 2014 State of Origin

For the creme de la creme, the big daddy, the best photo of them all, we have something special lined up, 2 tickets to game 3 of the state of origin in Brisbane including fligts and accommodation.

Promo Terms and Conditions

1. Details on method of entry and the prize form part of these terms and conditions and entry to the promotion shall be deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. The “Promoter” of the competition is Sherriff Electrical Pty Ltd. ABN 63 010 059 837 (“SHERRIFF”) of 675 Macarthur Avenue Central, Pinkenba, QLD, 4008 Australia.
3. Entry is free and only open to Australian residents who are current account holders or their employees during the period of the competition. Employees and immediate families of the Promoter, associated companies and agencies are ineligible to enter the competition.
4. The promotion will commence 0700 Tuesday 1st April 2014 and conclude 2359 Monday 30th June 2014.
5. Entry is online. To enter, participants must submit a photo to Facebook promoting Sherriff Electrical Wholesale.
6. Entrants acknowledge that their entry online is only received by the Promoter once the post is displayed on one of the following Facebook Pages:

7. A valid entry is achieved when a photo promoting Sherriff is put on a Sherriff Facebook page.
8. Entrants may submit photo’s to Facebook. Each entrant warrants that they are the producer of the photo they submit, that they have the authority to submit the photo for the purpose of the competition and they have the right to grant the promoter permission to use the photo as contemplated by these terms and conditions.
9. All entries must comply with Facebook terms and conditions located at https://www.facebook.com/policies entries deemed outside these conditions and removed by Facebook will no longer a valid entry.
10. The promoter reserves the right, at any time, to remove an entry from Facebook once removed the entry will no longer be a valid entry.
11. Participant may enter as many times as they like so long as each entry contains a unique photo.
12. Winning entries will be posted on sherriff.com.au along with instructions for winners to collect their prize.
13. The prize pool is a minimum of:
5 x $100 Vouchers per Facebook Page
2 x $250 Vouchers
2 x State of Origin Tickets including Travel from winning branch and x 1 nights’ Accommodation and breakfast . All other expenses incurred are at winner’s expense.
14. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. No correspondence will be entered into.
15. In the event that a minor prize winner is unable to collect their vouchers, for whatever reason, within two (2) months of the winner being determined, the Promoter will deem the prize forfeited.
16. The major prize is for State of Origin tickets, travel and accommodation is for Game 3 at Suncorp Stadium Wednesday July 9 2014. This prize is not transferable or redeemable. If the winner is not available on this date the prize will be forfeited.
17. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the eligibility of entries and Participants (including a Participant’s identity and place of residence) and to disqualify any Participant whose entry is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
18. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
19. In the event there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the promotion, the decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. The prize is not transferrable.
21. As a condition of accepting any prize, the winner may be required to sign a receipt in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
22. Prizes featured including contents and specifications may vary at the discretion of the promoter and may be subject to substitution without notice for an item of equal or greater value.
23. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion (including their respective officers, employees and representative agents) are not liable and do not accept responsibility for:
a) Any loss or damage whatsoever or howsoever caused which is suffered, sustained or incurred including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of contest participation or using the prize;
b) Any lost, misdirected or incomplete communication from the Promoter;
c) Any theft of, unauthorized access to or third party interference with the prize;
d) Any variation in the value of any prize; or
e) Any tax liability incurred by a participant or prize winner.
24. Participants consent to receiving marketing materials from Sherriff; however no personal information collected during the conduct of this competition will be given/sold to any third party external to Sherriff under any circumstances unless required by law.
