Each week we surprise a different person with a fishing adventure of a lifetime to some of the most incredible destinations in Australia and overseas. They may be at work, at home with their family or even in their local tackle store when Mark Berg shows up to take them away on the spot to a spectacular destination. In addition to the surprise the winner is set a fishing challenge and if they achieve to goal they will win an additional $10,000 worth of Daiwa fishing gear and BLA boating gear. For many fisho’s their fishing dreams become a reality and you’re there for the journey. It’s not just another fishing show it’s a real life fishing adventure. Nomination Form Are you in good physical condition? What current ailments do you have if any? Do you suffer from a mental illness? What is your age? Do you smoke? Are you an asthmatic? Do you have food allergies? What sort of fishing do you normally do? What is the biggest fish you have ever caught? Can you cast a bait caster reel? What would be your dream fish to catch? Where do you reside if different to above? How far are you from the nearest Capital city? What are your hours of work? Can you get time off work with little notice? Are you happy to be seen on national television? Are you happy to sign a disclaimer to waver the show from any liability in regards to potential injury you may attain while traveling with our production company? Tell us about you. Tell us why you love fishing. Tell us what it would mean to you to be chosen for the show. If you are filling out this section on behalf of someone else you must give us an insight into that person.
