Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Entry is only open to residents of Australia. Entrants under the age of 18 years must have prior parental or legal guardian consent to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

The promotion commences 9:00am AEDST on 2nd June 2014, and closes at 9:00am, AEDST on 7th July 2014 (“Promotional Period”).

To enter, individuals must, visit www.cosmopolitan.com.au/win, follow the prompts to the Katy Perry promotion entry page, input the requested details including an answer to the question“Which Katy Perry song is your favourite and why?”in25words or less, and submit the fully completed entry form during the Promotional Period. Entrants will be given the opportunity to ‘opt in’ to the Cosmopolitan e-newsletter at the time of submitting their entry.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Incomplete, incomprehensible and indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

Only one (1) entry is permitted per person.

If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

The judging will take place on the 8th of July 2014 from 9.00am AEDST at Level 11, 54 Park Street, Sydney. The winners will be notified by mail and telephone using contact details provided in their entry. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. Each entry will be individually judged based on originality and the literary and creative merit of the answer provided to the promotional question.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Entries will be divided into the following State/Territory groups: NSW/ACT, VIC/TAS, QLD/NT, SA and WA (as per the entrant’s address details) and entries in each group will be judged separately. There will be one (1) winner per State/Territory group.

The best one (1) valid entry, as determined by the judges in the NSW/ACT group, will be deemed the major prize winners and will receive 2 x Reflections Sections tickets to the Katy Perry Concert at Sydney Allphones Arena, Sydney on Saturday 13December 2014. Prize is valued at $499.80.
