The Regional Flavours festival is returning to the South Bank Parklands for its sixth year from July 19 to 20. It’s all about expanding spectators’ culinary knowledge, offering insights into global food trends, exciting recipes and celebrity chef masterclasses on the main stage. Popular celebrity television chef Miguel Maestre from Network TEN’s, The Living Room, will MC the festival’s main stage program, EAT-SHOW-TELL, ... Following the food trail of market stalls, fresh regional produce samples and pop-up eateries you will find the Eat Fleet Food Trucks set up along Little Stanley Street, where the winner can redeem $100 worth of their favourite foodie finds over the two day festival.
