Hunting Club Stage Competition
Promotion: In 25 words or less tell us about your favourite component of the Hunting Club Stage (ie chef/producer/recipe/tip)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia, except employees and their immediate families of the Promoter (Meat & Livestock Australia) and its agencies associated with this promotion.
3. To enter, entrants must submit their answer via a QR code on a custom printed recipe card handed out at the Hunting Club at Regional Flavours or via www.regionalflavours.com.au Entrants must provide their full
name, email address and phone number and answer four additional questions relating to the Hunting Club Stage. Incomplete entries will not be considered.
4. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged by the judging panel selected by the Promoter based on literary and creative merit. The judging panel's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. The best four entries, as determined by the judging panel, will win a Baccarat 3.6L Saucepan with Lid valued at $159.99. Total prize pool of $639.96.
6. The promotion commences at 10:00am, Saturday 19th July, 2014. Entries close at 5:00pm, Sunday 3rd August, 2014.
7. Only one entry per entrant is permitted.
8. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
9. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
10. If the promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms of the promotion, including the prize and these Terms and Conditions.
11. Winners will be notified by phone or email.
12. ThePromoterisnotresponsibleforanyproblemsortechnicalmalfunctionofanytelephonenetworkor lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, (including but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants’ or any other person's computer related to or resulting
from participation in or down-loading any materials in the promotion.
13. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
14. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and address) and to disqualify any entrant whose entry is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
