Winners will receive one prize voucher for 4 nights accommodation including daily breakfast and afternoon tea ONLY (no airfares to Bali are included).
Validity of prize voucher is for: 1st October 2014 – 31st March 2015 with block out date 25th December 2014 – 4th January 2015.
The prize voucher is valid for 1 unit One Bedroom Royal Courtyard Villa for 4 nights stay only.
This voucher is valid for single or double occupancy.
Winners are liable for additional expenses that are not stated in this prize (e.g.: mini-bar etc).
This prize voucher is not exchangeable for cash.
Upon the receipt of this prize voucher, the winner is responsible for contacting The Samaya to arrange and book their stay.
Winner understands that stay is subject to availability and if the prize cannot be taken within the validation dates of travel then they forfeit this prize.
By entering the competition, and by collecting a prize, the winner acknowledges and accepts that driving, travel and any other activities comprising the prize, are inherently dangerous and may result in death, injury, incapacity, damage to property or other losses.
The winner, for themselves and their executors, releases the Promoter and the prize givers, their agents, officers and employees, from any and all legal claims in connection with any death, injury, incapacity, damage to property or other losses arising from or connected with the collection or enjoyment of the prize.
Employees of all prize givers and competition promoters are not able to enter, nor are their immediate family members.
Holidays for Couples retains the right to modify the competition close date.
Winner will be notified by email and are expected to claim the prize by return email within 5 working days.
If prize is not claimed within this time frame then Holidays for Couples retains the right to draw and notify a new winner. This will happen until the prize is claimed
