Switch to online statements

Simply switch to online statements by 23 September 2014 and you'll go into the draw to win a $2,000 travel voucher.*
Members who already receive online statements will also automatically go into the draw.

When your statement is due, you'll receive an email notifying you that your online statement is available to view in QPCU Internet Banking. All other correspondence will also be conveniently delivered via email including the AGM announcement and monthly newsletter.

How to switch to online statements

    Log into QPCU Internet Banking
    Go to My Preferences --> Statements Options
    Select the Online Statements option and click OK
    Enter in your internet banking password and click OK to confirm
    Finally, make sure your email address is correct. Click on the email address displayed to update if required


To access your statements any time, log in and go to
Accounts --> Online Statements.
 

Terms and conditions

1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.

2. The promoter is Queensland Police Credit Union Limited ABN 79 087 651 036 – AFSL / Australian Credit Licence 241413 (“Promoter”). Any correspondence should be directed to PO Box 13003, George Street QLD 4003.

3. Entry is open to current members of QPCU residing in Queensland aged 18 years or older who fulfil the entry requirements. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter this competition.

4. The competition commences at 12:01am (AEST) on Wednesday 3 September, 2014 and closes at 11:59am (AEST) on Tuesday 23 September, 2014 (”Entry Period”).

5. To enter, entrants must have online statements enabled by the end of the Entry Period. Members who already have online statements enabled will automatically go into the draw.

6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if conducted in any way other than as specified in clause 5 above, forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.

7. Only the primary account holder will be granted entry into the competition and only one entry into the competition per member account is allowed.

8. Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Entry Period. Entries received after the Entry Period will not be eligible for entry in the competition.

9. The prize is a $2,000 gift voucher from Flight Centre. The voucher contains its own terms and conditions that will be supplied to the winner.

10. The winner will be drawn at random on Tuesday 23 September, 2014 and will be notified by email on Wednesday 24 September, 2014.

11. The winner will also be published in the October edition of the QPCU email newsletter.

12. In the event that the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal value.

13. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of entering this competition, accepting and/or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of the winner and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion.

15. Once the prize has left the Promoter’s premises the Promoter is not responsible for lateness or damage sustained during the delivery of the prize.
