1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is only open to Queensland residents aged 18 years or over.

3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

4. The promotion will consist of four separate competitions conducted over four (4) entry periods, during the dates and times outlined in the table below.

5. Minor Prize

To enter the Minor Prize draws entrants must, during the specified entry period for Minor Prize, visit a Queensland First National webpage or Queensland First National Facebook page and then follow the prompts to fully complete the promotional entry form by inputting all of the requested details and acknowledging that they agree to these Terms and Conditions and then submitting the completed entry form. Entrants will receive only one (1) entry to the competition through submitting the completed entry form and each entrant may only enter the Minor Prize draws once.

6. Draw 1

 To enter Draw 1 entrants must take a ‘selfie’ photograph of the entrant with:

 • a First National red running man sign;
 • a First National member office sign: or
 • a First National member office.

The entrant must then, during the specified entry period for Draw 1, visit any Queensland First National offices Facebook page and follow the prompts to fully complete the promotional entry form by uploading the ‘selfie’ photograph, inputting all of the requested details and acknowledging that they agree to these Terms and Conditions and then submitting the completed entry form. Entrants will receive only one (1) entry to Draw 1 through submitting the photograph and completed entry form.

7. Draw 2

To enter Draw 2 entrants must take a photograph of the entrant’s current kitchen or bathroom in the entrant’s permanent place of residence, owned by the entrant and located in Queensland with the prize going to the entrant voted to have the worst kitchen or bathroom. The entrant must then, during the specified entry period for Draw 2, visit any Queensland First National offices Facebook page and follow the prompts to fully complete the promotional entry form by uploading the kitchen or bathroom photograph, inputting all of the requested details and acknowledging that they agree to these Terms and Conditions and then submitting the completed entry form. Entrants will receive only one (1) entry to Draw 2 through submitting the photograph and completed entry form.

8. Draw 3

To enter Draw 3 entrants must write a story of 300 words or less on the topic of ‘What Moves You?’. The entrant must then, during the specified entry period for Draw 3, visit any Queensland First National offices Facebook page and follow the prompts to fully complete the promotional entry form by uploading the entrant’s story, inputting all of the requested details and acknowledging that they agree to these Terms and Conditions and then submitting the completed entry form. Entrants will receive only one (1) entry to Draw 3 through submitting the story and completed entry form.

9. All minor prize draws will be conducted by way of random selection through Woobox. All major prizes will be determined by way of Facebook ‘likes’ through Woobox. A total of sixteen (16) minor prize draws and three (3) major prize draws will be conducted, as per the table below.

10. The first eligible entry selected in each Minor Prize draw will win a minor prize. All non-winning entries in each minor prize draw will be rolled over into any subsequent minor prize draws. Each minor prize is a AUD$250 Red Balloon gift voucher. Total maximum value of the minor prizes is AUD$4,000.

11. Draw 1 photographs will be displayed through Woobox on Queensland First National office’s Facebook pages and the public will vote on the most popular entry by ‘liking’ the entry. The total ‘likes’ on each entry over all Queensland First National office’s Facebook pages will be tallied by Woobox. This Draw 1 entry with the most Facebook ‘likes’ will win AUD$5,000 cash. Total maximum value of Draw 1 is AUD$5,000.

12. Draw 2 photographs will be displayed through Woobox on Queensland First National office’s Facebook pages and the public will vote on the worst kitchen or bathroom by ‘liking’ the entry. The total ‘likes’ on each entry over all Queensland First National office’s Facebook pages will be tallied by Woobox. The Draw 2 entry with the must Facebook ‘likes’ will be deemed the worst kitchen or bathroom and will win a AUD$10,000 Mitre 10 gift voucher. Total maximum value of Draw 2 is AUD$10,000.

13. Draw 3 stories will be submitted through Woobox on Queensland First National office’s Facebook pages and the best 3 entries (Finalists) will be determined by a representative from Kratzmann Caravans. On 17/02/2015 the Finalists entries will be displayed through Woobox on Queensland First National office’s Facebook pages and the public will vote on the most popular Finalist entry by ‘liking’ the entry. The Draw 3 Finalists entry with the most Facebook ‘likes’ will win a Kratzmann Caravans voucher valued at AUD$18,000. Total maximum value of Draw 3 is AUD$18,000.

14. The total maximum prize pool value is AUD$37,000.

15. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming Mitre 10 or Red Balloon gift voucher are not included. Any unused balance of a Mitre 10 or Red Balloon gift voucher will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of a Mitre 10 or Red Balloon gift voucher is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the Mitre 10 or Red Balloon gift voucher. Winners should see their Mitre 10 or Red Balloon gift voucher for date of expiry.

16. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

17. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries or entrants (including the identity, email address, age and place of residence of the entrant) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

18. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

19. All winners will be notified by telephone and/ or email. Draw 1, Draw 2 and Draw 3 winners will be published on the Promoter’s Facebook page the day following the prize draw date.

20. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

21. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not redeem a prize (or part of a prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that part of the prize) will be forfeited.

22. If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.

23. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
