VACATION MIGRATION COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.    Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. By submitting an entry, all entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years of age or over. Entrants may submit multiple entries.

2.    You will be entered into the competition by visiting the competition website, www.visitsunshinecoast.com.au/vacationmigration and filling out the entry details. Each entrant will go into a draw to win the competition prize.  The competition commences on 9th October 2014 at 9.00am Queensland time and concludes on 7th November 2014 at 5.00pm Queensland time.

3.    The prize consists of a holiday to the Sunshine Coast, Queensland for four people, consisting of the following, subject to availability:
(i)    Four return economy airfares from any Australian capital city to Brisbane or  Sunshine Coast Airport (inclusive of airfare related taxes, charges and a maximum of 20kg luggage allowance for each traveller)
(ii)    Car Hire for 6 days pick up and drop off at Sunshine Coast / Brisbane Airport – self drive
(iii)    Accommodation for 5 nights
(iv)    Breakfast Daily, 4 lunches
(v)    $1000 spending money
(vi)    Eco Kayak Tour
(vii)    Helicopter Tour
(viii)    VIP Lunch at The Edge
(ix)    Catamaran Hire
(x)    Private Tour of Eumundi Markets
(xi)    Private Stand Up Paddle Board Lesson
(xii)    4WD tour to Carlo Sandblow

The market value of the prize is approximately $10,000 (including GST)

4.    The full prize itinerary with the above inclusions will be determined by Sunshine Coast Destination Ltd.   The winner and travel companions must travel together on the same itinerary.

5.    The winner will be selected by random draw. The drawing of the prize will be conducted by Sunshine Coast Destination Ltd at Airport House, 10 Electra Lane, Marcoola, Queensland on 10th November 2014 at 12.00pm Queensland time.  The prize winner will be notified by email and subject to the winner’s approval, the winner’s name will be posted on www.visitsunshinecoast.com.au and social media assets.

6.    If the prize is not claimed within 3 months of notification, the winner will forfeit their right to the prize and a redraw will take place.   

7.    The prize must be redeemed by 07 November 2015.  The prize is not exchangeable, transferrable, or redeemable for cash.

8.    Once booked and confirmed, any further cancellations or date changes are subject to operator’s booking conditions, and at the winner’s own expense. 
9.    All expenses outside of the stated prize inclusions are at the cost and responsibility of the winner.

10.    The Promoters reserve the right in their absolute discretion to disqualify:
(i)     any entries that tamper with, or attempt to tamper with the entry process;
(ii)     any entries that the Promoters consider manipulative, unrepresentative, or disproportionate;
(iii) any individuals found entering who corrupt or affect, or attempt to corrupt or affect, the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the entry process.

11.    The Promoters accept no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize or any variation in the prize advertised and the prize provided. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner and travel companions release and indemnify the Promoters against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize or participation in the promotion including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property.

12.    Employees and Directors of the Promoters, or agencies associated with the promotion, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter the promotion.

13.    By claiming the prize, the winner accepts that the Promoters may use their name and likeness for their promotional and publicity purposes.

14.    The Promoters are Tourism and Events Queensland and Sunshine Coast Destination Limited.
