Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entries not completed in accordance with the Conditions of Entry or received after close of entry will not be considered. Incomplete or inaudible entries will be disregarded. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
1) Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions. Entry into this Competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.
WHO CAN ENTER?
2) The Competition is open to all residents of Australia, except employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and all companies and agencies associated with this Competition. Entrants under the age of 18 require parental or legal guardian consent and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to redeem the entire prize.
HOW TO ENTER
3) The Competition commences on Monday 20th October 2014 at 05:30 AEDST and concludes on Friday 24th October 2014 at 16:00 AEDST (“the Competition Period”).
4) To enter, viewers must share their story of a child who has faced a tough challenge in their life in 100 words or fewer and email their story to todaycompetitions@nine.com.au. Entrants must also supply with their email entry their full name, address, daytime contact number and preferred prize location. The six prize locations are: Adelaide, SA; Brisbane, QLD; Canberra, ACT; Melbourne, VIC; Perth, WA and Sydney, NSW. A valid entry will be included in one (1) of six (6) pools of valid entries, one (1) pool for each prize location that can be nominated by an entrant (each, a “Location Pool”). Entrants may only select one prize location per entry.

a) late;
b) delayed;
c) incomplete;
d) incomprehensible;
e) unlawful;
f) obscene;
g) defamatory;
h) discriminatory;
i) libellous;
j) threatening;
k) pornographic;
l) harassing;
m) hateful;
n) racially or ethnically offensive;
o) capable of

There will be six prize winners in total, one (1) prize winner in each Location Pool, being the best judged entry the relevant Location Pool.The winner of each Location Pool will receive the relevant prize package detailed below:
