The restaurant offers great food including fresh fish and chips, along with lake views, live music and a relaxed family atmosphere. Snapper also provides breakfast, serving Griffin coffee blend – developed exclusively by the Lonsdale St Roasters for the Canberra Southern Cross Club. There are also freshly prepared snacks and pastries, as well as a range of Emma and Tom’s juices. The weekend breakfast menu includes bacon and egg rolls using Pialligo bacon and free-range eggs, frittata, bircher muesli and fresh fruit salad with berry yoghurt.
