Growing your own vegetables is fast becoming a trend for people all across Australia. It's all about adding home grown freshness to your meals for flavour and the personal satisfaction of finally consuming your vegies after you have toiled and tended to them in the garden.

You can win 3 packets of our finest seeds and a Cookbook 'Relaxed Cooking with Curtis Stone'.

Ensure you are a member of the Yates Garden Club.

Click on the “Enter now” button below.

Tell us in 25 words or less, ‘What is your favourite and freshest meal of all time?


Then select the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page.

There is one entry allowed per household and all entries must be in by 5pm 29th November, 2014. Best of luck!

Terms and Conditions:

The instructions on how to enter and prizes form part of the conditions of entry and entry into the WIN with Yates – Patch to Plate Gift Pack is deemed to be acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Promotion.

Promotion commences 9am 1st November, 2014 and entries close at 5pm local time on 29th November, 2014.

Entry is open to Australian residents who are members of the Yates Garden Club. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies, suppliers or companies associated with this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
You enter the promotion by writing 25 words or less “What is your favourite fresh meal of all time?”.
Entries are limited to one per household.
All valid entries received prior to the close of the promotion will be individually judged by promotion judge(s) appointed by the Promoter to be held at Yates Australia, A Division of DuluxGroup Australia Pty Ltd , 1 Gow Street, Padstow NSW 2211 on 30th November, 2014.
The best entry will win three packets of vegetable seeds and a Curtis Stone Cook Book RRP $59.00.
All entry will be judged having regard to the overall quality of the response to the Promotion Question, including literary composition, creative merit and originality. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. By entering the promotion, you authorise the reproduction of your answer to the Promotion Question (without attribution) on the Yates Website and the editing of the answer prior to publication without consultation.
The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
The winners will be advised via facebook and email and winners names will be published on www.yates.com.au
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process.
The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.
The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may use personal information for future marketing purposes, unless otherwise advised by the entrant. The Promoter may provide personal information relating to entrants to organisations that assist the Promoter with promotional, marketing and publicity activities. An entrant may access and correct any personal information held by the Promoter, upon request to the Promoter.
