• Competition commences on Monday 1st December 2014 at 9am.

• Competition closes at Wednesday 24th December 2014 at 12 midday. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for any reason.
• The prize consists of an amount of money between AU$1 And AU$5000 (inc GST) as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion. 
• The amount of prize money will be set prior to the commencement of the promotion period. Once the prize amount is set it will not change.
• The prize will be awarded in the form of electronic funds transfer to the winners’ nominated bank account. The money transfer will take up to 60 working days to process from receiving their details.
• The winner must subscribe to the MacArthur Central Facebook Page.
• Limit of one entry per person per day.
• Entry is via the MacArthur Central Facebook Page or website during the promotional period only.
• The prize is not transferable.
• The entrant who correctly guesses the amount of prize money will be deemed the competition winner.
• In the event that more than one entrant guesses the correct value of the prize money, a winner will be selected at random from all entrants with a correct guess.
• In the event that not one entrant correctly guesses the amount of prize money, the prize will be given to the entrant who has the closest guess to the correct value without exceeding the prize value.
• The winner will be notified by email and/or letter within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 30 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and choose a replacement winner.
• The winner’s name will be published on the MacArthur Central Facebook page and website.
• The winner must abide by the entry rules.
• This promotion is offered in good faith.
• In case of a dispute or challenge, Centre Management's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• By entering the competition, entrants consent to the use of information supplied for the compilation of a mailing list.
• Centre staff and immediate family, Centre Management and immediate family and contractors and immediate family of MacArthur Central Shopping Centre are not eligible to participate.
• The promoter is MacArthur Central Shopping Centre Pty Limited as trustee of the MacArthur Central Shopping Centre Unit Trust ABN 99 598 409 154.
