Terms and Conditions
1.The Promotion is open to Australian residents, 18 years or above, who make a purchase at participating Fantastic Furniture stores. To be eligible the person must make a purchase at one of Fantastic Furniture’s stores during the promotion period and enter online at - www.fantasticfurniture.com.au/summerfun and fill in their; First name, Last name, Address, Phone number, Email address, Order number (receipt number)
 
2.Multiple entries allowed, provided each entry is a separate purchase with a separate and unique order number. Original receipt or copy of receipt is required as proof of purchase.
 
3.Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto, child or step-child, parent, step-parent, grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

5.The Promotion commences on 26/12/14 closing on 25/01/15 at 9.00 PM AEST
 
6. The draw will be held in the presence of an independent witness on 30/01/15 at 11:00 AM AEST at 62 Hume Highway Chullora NSW 2190 at 10:00am AEST. The winners will be notified in writing within two days of the draw and published on 2/2/15 at - www.fantasticfurniture.com.au/summerfun for a minimum period of 28 days.
 
7.Prizes; There will be 4 winners. The winners can choose from 4 different Yamaha products, each winner can select one model of their choice.  All Prizes include on road / on water registration.

8.Subject, where relevant, to any directions given under the legislation regulating the Competition, if any prize is not claimed, the prize will be awarded to another Eligible Entrant in a redraw at 11.00 am AEST on 30/04/15 in the presence of an independent witness. The Draw will be conducted at 62 Hume Highway Chullora NSW 2190. Any Winners will be notified in writing, within two days of the draw and published on -www.fantasticfurniture.com.au/summerfun 30/04/15 for a minimum period of 28 days.
 
9.No responsibility will be accepted for any entries that are incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries or which fail to be properly submitted.
 
10. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
 
11. Subject to any State or Territory gaming regulations, The Promoter may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason before the end of the Promotional Period and shall not be liable to any entrant or prize winner for any loss or damage incurred as a result.
 
12. Should an entrant’s contact details change during the Promotion Period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter. By participating in this competition, entrants agree to join the Fantastic Furniture Friends service.
 
13. The Promoter and its associated agencies, companies, directors, employees shall not be liable in any way under these terms or at law (including, but without limitation negligence) for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, but without limitation direct, indirect or consequential loss) or for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this competition or promotion or in connection with the prize.
 
14. The Promoter will collect your details only for the purposes of this competition. Pursuant to the Privacy Act, you have the right to access and correct any personal information provided by you. Winners may have their name, state and photo published for promotional purposes.
 
15. The promoter and / or internet service providers take no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost / delayed data, transmission, omission, interruption, failures of any computer equipment, software, inability to access telecommunications network services, congestion or any other error or malfunction in relation to the promotion, including but not limited to misdirected, late, or failed requests for registration.
