Members just simply purchase your art union tickets from any of our Penrith Panthers POS registers and you’ll go into the draw to win a Holden Captiva 5. Be sure to get in early only 8500 tickets available for sale. Proceeds go towards our Penrith Panthers Community Fund that support charities within the local area.

Terms & Conditions

 

1.             Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions.  By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions.  Entrants must comply with these conditions to be eligible to enter.

2.             To enter the art union participants must purchase an art union ticket for the price of $5 each or 5 tickets for $20 and complete their name, address, email, phone and membership number on the ticket butt portion of the ticket.

3.             The art union commences at 10.01 AEST on 05/11/2014 and closes at 19.30 AEST on 22/01/15.

4.             A barrel draw will take place at 20.15 AEST on 22/01/15 at Panthers Penrith, 123 Mulgoa Road, Penrith NSW 2750.

5.             One entry will be selected from the barrel and announced over the public address system.

6.             The winner will also be contacted by phone or email within 2 days and published in the Western Weekender on the 30th January 2015.

7.             Prize consists of a Holden Captiva 5 LT 2.4L 4CYL, manual transmission 2WD Wagon and includes all on road costs. Insurance and transfer costs are not included.

8.            Any other features or modifications are at an additional cost to the winner and subject to negotiations directly with Heartland Holden Penrith.

9.            The winner must make arrangements to collect the vehicle directly from Heartland Holden Penrith.

10.          Total prize valued at $30,915 drive away price. (Excluding dealer discounts).

11.           Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.  The Promoter’s decision is final and binding – no correspondence will be entered into.  The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches.  If such problems arise, then the Promoter may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the art union.

12.           If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal value, subject to any written directions from the various lottery authorities.

13.           The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this art union.  Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final.  The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this art union.

14.       Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this art union (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

15.       Details from entries will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this art union (which may include disclosure to third parties, including local lottery authorities, for the purpose of processing and conducting the art union) and promotional purposes surrounding this art union. By entering this art union entrants consent to the use of their information as described and agree that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant.  Entrants may access, change and/or update their personal information and obtain a copy of the Promoter’s privacy policy by contacting the Promoter on (02) 47205555 during office hours or visiting penrith.panthers.com.au.

16.         The benefiting non-profit organisation is Penrith Rugby League Club Ltd trading as Panthers Group (ABN 57 000 578 398) of 123 Mulgoa Road, Penrith NSW 2750.  The proceeds of the art union will go into our Penrith Panthers Community Fund and used for charitable activities and donations to the local community.
