Their names might sound like they’ve stepped fresh out of classic retro video games, but Glover & Krunk! are far from mere heavily pixelated gaming characters. Indeed, they’re two of this country’s hottest DJs, regularly spinning hits of here-and-now and tunes so progressive we’re once-in-a-while ashamed we’ve not even heard them prior! (Only once-in-a-while we’ll remind you).

For Ministry Of Sound Clubbers Guide To 2015, Glover has done a dandy good thing and included club faves Wicked Games by Cuva (featuring Anna Naklab), Take Me Over by Peking Duk (featuring Safia), Blame by Calvin Harris, and the brilliant daft Bugatti by Tiga (featuring Pusha T). And, darn it, why shouldn’t he include a few of his own mixes and fab track in Faces?

Moving on to disc two, and Krunk! keeps the uptempo a-happening with tunes by The Only, The Similou, Showtek, Marcus Santoro & The Potbelleez, Steve Aoki featuring Luke Steele (he’s from Empire Of The Sun, donchaknow!) and more. And, yes, Krunk! throws in a couple of his own mixes too. And. Has. Every. Bloomin’. Good. Right. To.

All up, a hooky, infectious double-disc set.  Michael Mastess
