Information on How to Enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. 2. The promotion period begins on 9:00am 19th January, 2015 AEDST and ends at 11.59pm AEDST 1st March 2015. 3. Entry is open to Australian residence 18 years of age and over. 4. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, and its Agencies associated with this promotion, are ineligible to enter. 5. To enter, Customers must make a purchase of $100 or more in one transaction during the promotional period, at an Office Choice store. Then enter via www.officechoice.com.au and complete the entry form online including entrant’s details, the invoice/receipt number, amount spent and workplace information. One entry per invoice. 6. Entries valid for invoices/receipts dated 19th January, 2015 to 1st March, 2015. Entries must be submitted online at www.officechoice.com.au by 23:59 AEDT 8th March, 2015. 7. There is 1 prize consisting of $10,000 inc GST of Office Choice products as nominated by the winner. The winner has six months (commencing 15th March 2015) to use the entirety of the prize. Prize is not redeemable for cash. 8. The draw will take place at Office Choice Ltd, Level 4, 492 St.Kilda Road, Melbourne, 3004 on Wednesday 11th March, 2015 at 10.00 am. Winner will be advised via email and in writing. Winner’s name will be published on the Office Choice website by the 15th March, 2015. 9. In the event of the prize not being claimed after three months of the draw, the winning entry will be deemed not to fulfil the entry requirements and the Promoter may, subject to relevant state authorities and Regulation 10 of the Art Unions and public amusements Regulations 1992 (QLD), conduct further draws as are necessary to distribute the prize.
