Brisbane Tinnie and Tackle Show 2015

Marine Queensland has teamed up with Yachting Queensland and the Discover Sailing program to offer free sailing experiences for children at the 2015 Brisbane Tinnie and Tackle Show, running from 6 – 8 March 2015 at Manly Harbour.

Along with free sailing experiences, there will be an interactive kids zone with a variety of water-based games, activities and entertainment across the three-day program.   

The 15m long transparent Yamaha Supertank will also be on display, giving viewers a fish eye view of the world beneath their boats and fishing gear. The fishing experts Brett Thomson and Michael Cooke will host demonstrations from aluminium boats inside the Supertank, showing spectators different types of fish bait on the market.

Times: Friday 6 March – Sunday 8 March 2015, 9am – 5pm
Tickets: $13 per adult, children under 15 free with paying adults, seniors tickets $11, 2 day passes available
