Terms and Conditions

Please read these competition rules. If you enter a Travel Auctions competition, we will assume that you have read these rules carefully and that you agree to them.
To enter a competition you must be living in Australia.
Competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Travel Auctions.
One entry per person/email address.
The competition can be entered via the Travel Auctions website on the applicable competition page.
The competition runs from 26th February 2015 to 12th March 2015, and Travel Auctions reserves the right to amend the competition dates at any time.
The competition prize is a 2 night Proud Mary Discovery Cruise for a couple, cruising the lower reaches of the Murray River. Inclusive of all meals, entertainment, and daily shore excursions. This prize is valid for 12 months, subject to availability.
If you win the competition, we will notify you by email within 48 hours of the closing date. If you do not respond within 48 hours of being notified, Travel Auctions reserves the right to choose another winner.
By entering the competition entrants agree to receive email updates from Travel Auctions. Personal information we collect will be used only by Travel Auctions.
By entering the competition the winner agrees for their name to be published on the website and on Facebook.
No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
Incorrect entries will be disqualified.
Travel Auctions reserves the right to amend these rules at any time and may also create rules which will apply to a specific competition only. If we do this we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the relevant competition page.
