As part of Lorraine Marwood’s blog tour launching Celebrating Australia: A Year in Poetry — we have one copy of the book to give away!


Want to win it? Here’s what you need to do:

a. Send an email to our editor, Rebecca (editor[AT]alphabetsoup.net.au) - editor@alphabetsoup.net.au

b. In the SUBJECT box of your email type: CELEBRATING COMP

c. In the body of your email you need to include THREE things

    Your name
    Your postal address (where you’d like the book sent if you win)
    a three-word description of the sky you love best (e.g. endless blue highway)

d. Our editor will choose the most poetic three-word combination and the prize will be a copy of Celebrating Australia: A Year in Poetry by Lorraine Marwood.


Some fine print:

1. This giveaway commences at 9.30pm (Perth time) on Saturday 7 March 2015 and entries close at 9pm (Perth time) on 14 March 2015.
2. The winner will be the entrant who creates the best three-word description as decided by Alphabet Soup’s editor.
3. No correspondence will be entered into.
4. This giveaway is not open to Alphabet Soup Publishing employees or their families. Children (and their families), and members of the Top Reading Team who have had book reviews and/or writing published on Alphabet Soup’s blog are NOT deemed to be employees of Alphabet Soup.
5. Names and addresses we collect with entries to this competition will be destroyed at the end of the competition. We will not use or pass on your contact details for any other reason, except where required by law.
6. You may enter once per person.
7. The prize is one copy of the book Celebrating Australia: A Year in Poetry by Lorraine Marwood. The book can only be posted to an Australian address.
