You may not be able to hop across the pond to sample Megan May’s Blueberry Cheesecake or Zucchini Layered Lasagne at her award-winning New Zealand raw food cafes - but you can DIY by following the recipes from The Unbakery cookbook.

The Unbakery features the most delicious raw food recipes – all made without gluten, dairy or cane sugar. The recipes in this book are 100 percent raw and plant-based, and beautifully photographed. Even if you’re not a vegan or raw food fan there’s still plenty of inspiration in these pages and few people would argue that eating more fresh fruits and veggies is a bad thing.

Thanks to Allen & Unwin we have five copies to give away.

To be in the running to win a copy simply tell us, (in 25 words or less), “Which food would be your favourite raw ingredient and why?”
