Entrants must be 18 years of age or over.

The Promoter may require entrants to provide proof of age in a form acceptable to the Promoter. Should an entrant be unable to satisfy this requirement, the entrant will be ineligible for the Prize.
Entrants must be able to collect the prize from the Promoter’s premises in the state of the entrant’s ordinary residential address, or as specified by the Promoter.
An entrant who has won prizes to the value of $10,000 or more, in any promotion(s) run by the Promoter in the previous six (6) months prior to their entry in this promotion is ineligible to enter this promotion.

The promotion begins at 12:01AM AEST on Monday 15th June 2015.

Entries into the promotion close at 11:59PM AEST on Sunday 28th June 2015.

During the Promotion Period entrants will be invited via Station on-air commercials to visit the Station Website and fully complete the online entry form in the manner required, including by:
(a) providing their contact details including name,, date of birth, current and valid email address, phone number; and
(b) answering in 25 words or less the following question; “Tell us in 25 words or less which mate you’d trade in and why?” (Question).
All valid entries will be individually reviewed by representatives of the Promoter (Judges) in accordance with the Judging Criteria.
Between 12:00PM and 2:00PM AEST on Friday 3rd July 2015, the Judges will:
(a) select the one (1) entry deemed to be the “best” (based on the Judging Criteria and in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. That entrant will be deemed the winner and awarded the Prize.

Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish, however each entry must be submitted via a separate online entry form and contain a different answer to the Question.

All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter by 4:00PM AEST on Friday 3rd July 2015 at the Promoter’s premises to determine one (1) winner. All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria. The winner will be notified in accordance with the Notification of Winners information set out below.

Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on creativity, uniqueness, relevance and appeal to radio in answering the Question.

There is one (1) Prize to be won, as follows:
Prize:
 One (1) new Custom BBQ Trailer from AEG Powertools, with built-in six (6) burner BBQ, up to the value of $6,000 AUD (incl GST).
Prize includes:
 One (1) x gas bottle; and
 Twelve (12) months’ registration for the trailer and necessary on road costs, in the state of the winner’s ordinary residential address, with registration period to commence from the beginning of the Promotion Period.
Additional insurance and any accessories not listed in Prize Details above are the responsibility of the winner and are not included with the Prize.

Up to $6,000 AUD (incl GST).

The winner will be notified: - via telephone
by 4:00PM AEST, Friday 3rd July 2015.

Prize must be claimed by 4:00PM AEST on Monday 5th October 2015.

The Prize will be available for collection from the Promoter’s premises in the state of the winner’s ordinary residential address, or as specified by the Promoter.
The Promoter will notify the winner when the Prize is ready for collection.
