By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The Promoter may in its discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Incomplete, or invalid purchase transactions (where payment fails to process successfully) will be deemed not eligible for entry. Judging Criteria 20. This is a game of chance. The winning entrant will be selected randomly at the conclusion of the Promotion Period by an independent adjudicator appointed by the Promoter. Prize 21. The individual prize consists of: a) Economy international return flights for two (2) departing from any major city airport in Australia to London Heathrow Airport. Transfers from a regional airport to nearest International Airport in Australia are included (if applicable). Each entrant agrees and acknowledges that any breach of this clause will cause significant damage and loss to RWCL. 31. The Promoter may pass personal information relating to prize winners to RWCL and/or ER1015 (and any of their service providers or agents) for the purposes of monitoring the distribution and use of Rugby World Cup tickets and related experiences and, in the event of a suspected breach of any terms and conditions, rules or regulations of RWCL and/or ER2015 relating to the use of such tickets and/or experiences, investigating and taking action against such winners. 32. This promotion is run by the Promoter with the permission of RWCL. Awarding prizes 37. In the event that a winner cannot provide proof as required by the Promoter, the prize winner forfeits the prize, and the Promoter will select an alternative prize winner. Disqualification of entries 38. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in the Promotion by, any person who tampers or attempts to tamper with, or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Promotion or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
