Conditions of participation 
I. Eligibility 
Every legally competent natural person is entitled to participate. There is no legal right to participate. By participating the user accepts these conditions of participation.   
II. Exclusion of Participants 
Berlin Phil Media reserves the right to exclude participants who have violated the conditions of participation and/or try to influence the draw in an illegal way.   
III. Closing Date 
As communicated on the form. 
IV. The Draw 
The draw will be made after the deadline has expired. Notification of the win will be given exclusively by email which will be sent to the email address provided by the respective participant.   
V. Consent to collect, Processing  and Use of Personal data 
When taking part the participant explicitly consents with Berlin Phil Media storing the data provided at the registration, for the period of the application process and the drawing lots, and using this data to conduct the drawing lots in compliance with the Data Protection Regulations available at www.digitalconcerthall.com/en/privacy 
VI. Costs/Consequential Obligations 
Participation is free of charge. There is no subsequent obligation.
