Buildcentre Win an iPad terms and conditions

Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter the Master Builders Buildcentre 'Win an iPad' competition, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.

1. The Master Builders Buildcentre 'Win an iPad' competition is conducted by Queensland Master Builders Association Industrial Organisation of Employers (Master Builders Queensland), 417 Wickham Terrace, Brisbane Queensland 4000.

2. To enter the competition you must be:

    A current member of Master Builders Queensland;
    Have subscribed to a paid subscription of Buildcentre during the month of August, and
    Be 16 years old or over at the time of entry.

3. Entry to the competition depends on:

    A financial subscription (Access, Core, Plus) to Buildcentre must be finalised within the system before 11.59pm 31 August, 2015. All relevant terms and conditions regarding the use of Buildcentre must be adhered to.
    Payment fulfilment being authorised before 11.59pm 31 August, 2015 via the Buildcentre payment gateway.
    To be eligible for entry in this competition, your Master Builders Queensland membership account must be up-to-date and current under the terms of your membership.

4. The competition is not open to employees (or members of employees' immediate families) of or any subsidiary of the Queensland Master Builders Association Industrial Organisation of Employers (Master Builders Queensland).

5. Only one entry per subscription to Buildcentre.

6. The first valid entry drawn on the Friday of each week during the month of August 2015 will win one of four 16GB Apple iPad 2 with Wi-Fi + 3G, valued at $729 each.

7. Total prize pool consists of four 16GB Apple iPad 2 with Wi-Fi + 3G, each valued at $729. If the advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

8. The competition commences on Saturday, 1 August 2015 and closes 11.59pm (Queensland time) on Monday, 31 August 2015. Master Builders reserves the right to amend the competition dates at any time.

9. The winners will be randomly drawn from the names of eligible entries on the Friday of each week during the month of August 2015.

10. The judge for this competition will be the Director - Business Development and Membership of Queensland Master Builders Association Industrial Organisation of Employers (Master Builders Queensland). The judge' decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. Winners will be notified by post or email. The results will not be published.

12. We will endeavour to send the prize within a month of the competition draw date, but cannot guarantee this delivery time.

13 No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize. The prize is not transferable to another person.

14. By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Queensland Master Builders Association Industrial Organisation of Employers (Master Builders Queensland) may require.
