The Major Prize is valued at up to RRP $15,000 (depending on departure point and travel/accommodation choices). 11. All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. All other ancillary costs including but not limited to taxes (excluding GST), fuel, frequent flyer points, meals and beverages (unless specified), in-room charges, transfers (unless specified), activities (unless specified), travel insurance and other insurance, incidentals, spending money, items of a personal nature and any and all other ancillary expenses, are the sole responsibility of the winner and Travel Guest. The winner or Travel Guest may be required to present a credit card at the time of accommodation check-in. 12. It is a condition of accepting the Major Prize that the winner and Travel Guest arrange for, at their own expense, comprehensive and valid travel insurance with the highest available coverage for their period of travel. The winner and Travel Guest may be required to provide evidence of appropriate travel insurance prior to the winner and Travel Guest availing of, or participating in, any element of the Major Prize. The winner and Travel Guest are also solely responsible for ensuring that they have valid visas, vaccinations, and any other necessary travel documentation. 13. The Major Prize must be taken on the dates specified in paragraph 9 above, and cannot be taken at any other time. Each Major Prize is a single event trip for the winner and Travel Guest, and cannot be separated into separate trips or components. The winner and Travel Guest must depart from and return to the same departure point, and travel together at all times. 14. The Promoter will make all reasonable attempts to identify and contact the Major Prize winner. In the event that the winner cannot be identified or contacted by 28/09/15 at 14.59 AEST, despite all reasonable attempts to do so, or a winner does not accept the Major Prize in accordance with these terms and conditions, or a Major Prize is otherwise unclaimed by that time for any other reason whatsoever (whether because the winner is successfully identified and contacted but forfeits his or her right to a Major Prize, it is discovered that the winner was not eligible to enter this promotion, the winner breaches these Terms and Conditions in a way that would render him or her ineligible to claim or avail of the Major Prize, the winning entry does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or otherwise), a second chance draw will be held on 30/09/15 at 15.00 AEST at the same place as the first draw in order to determine a second chance winner in the same manner as the first draw (subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority). 16. The second chance winner will be notified by email and telephone within two (2) days of the second chance draw and winners name published on www.winwithheinekenrugby2015.com.au. The second chance winner will be subject to the same restrictions in these Terms and Conditions as the first winner would have been. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into. 18. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury in connection with the conduct of the promotion whether as a result of: a. technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches, technical website malfunctions or glitches; or b. acts or omissions (including negligent acts of omissions) of the Promoter's servants or agents involved in the conduct of this promotion. In the event of such problems or conduct, the Promoter may modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion. 19. If any prize or any element of a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize or element of a prize of equal or greater value at the Promoter’s sole discretion, subject to any written directions from the relevant authorities. Winners will not be entitled to any additional compensation in the event that the prize or element of a prize has been substituted at equal or greater value. 20.
