The promoter reserves the right to accept entries submitted prior to 6am AEST Monday 28th September 2015 at its absolute discretion.

Entries Close: 6.00pm AEST, Wednesday 14th October 2015. Competition ends: 6.00pm AEST Friday 16th October 2015.
The promoter reserves the right to amend the contesting period at its absolute discretion.
To enter, listeners must log onto the station website in their state.
Entrants will need to complete the registration form to be deemed a valid entry including - name, date of birth, postal address, suburb, postcode, contact number and email address.

Entrants will also be able to upload audio files of “snoring” with their entry.
The promoter reserves the right to amend the contesting period at its absolute discretion.
The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.


There are three (3) Major Prizes and nine (9) Minor Prizes to be won.
Major
3 x AUD$1000 cash prizes = AUD$3000
Minor
9 x AUD$100 cash prizes = AUD$9000
Total prize value AUD$3,900 incl GST.

Listeners may enter as many times as they wish, however they can only play the contest with the announcers once for the chance to win a prize.


Entrants must be 18 or over.


Entrants that submit an entry to play Hughesy & Kate’s Never Ending Snorey Game may be shortlisted and screened on the phone by a representative from ARN for on air suitability. Involvement in the screening process does not guarantee selection for the on air contest, and should not be considered as such. The screening will include a series of questions designed to assess suitability for on air.
Successful entrants will be notified and proceed to the on-air contest for the chance to win a major prize.
At the Promoter’s discretion, contesting segments may either be broadcast live to air, or may be pre-recorded off air, ready to be broadcast on air at a later time. Should more than one (1) Contest be pre-recorded at any given time (i.e. if any previous Contests or clues have not yet aired, and therefore a Contestant has not reasonably had the chance to hear a clue before their turn to participate as a Contestant) the Promoter will reveal any previous clues to that Contestant only, off-air, before that Contestant participates in the contest.
Entrants will also be able to upload audio files of “snoring” with their entry. If the submitted “snoring” audio is played on-air during the

above mentioned contesting period, they’ll be awarded a minor prize.
There will be a total of three (3) contest segments played during the contesting period.
The promoter reserves the right to amend the contesting period at its absolute discretion.
The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14: Draw date & Time & Address
The winners will be announced on-air during the contesting period Monday 28th September 2015 – Friday 16th October 2015 between 4pm-6pm AEST at KIIS 101.1, Level 2, 21-31 Goodwood Street, Richmond, Vic, 3121.

15: Method of Winner Notification
The winners will be notified on-air at time of winning, via phone and in writing.
The results of this competition (winners first initial and surname) will be published on the below listed website for 28 days from Friday 16th October 2015 at 6.00pm AEST:

16: Date of Winner Notification
The winners will be announced on-air during the contesting period Monday 28th September 2015 – Friday 16th October 2015 between 4pm-6pm AEST.

All entries and information provided by entrants may be used on the station website and social pages. By entering Hughesy & Kate’s Never Ending Snorey Game competition, you agree to ARN using your entry on the station Website/Social pages.
The Australian Radio Network General Terms and Conditions as published on the Station Website and available from the Stations reception on request subject to such variations may be provided for in this Schedule.
